Returns / Refunds

Our policy lasts 7 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The bracelet must not be sized. It must also be in the original packaging. If the watch cannot be sold as new to someone else, then a return is not possible.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email and process your refund. We do not refund the shipping as that money is already spent.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@ravenwatches.com and follow the shipping instructions below.

To return your product, Please include a note inside the box with your name, email, order number, and a description of the problem or reason for the return.

Covid-19 Update

The Raven Headquarters is located in the Kansas City area, which is currently in a 30 day stay at home order. I am running the Raven Office out of my house at this time and able to fill new orders with daily pick up from my postal carrier. 

This global situation has also impacted our current planning and production timeline for the Trekker 39mm and bronze Trekker 39mm. We are running about 2-3 months behind schedule now, but we will post designs, drawings, and information when we have it available.
