Our policy lasts 7 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The bracelet must not be sized. It must also be in the original packaging. If the watch cannot be sold as new to someone else, then a return is not possible.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email and process your refund. We do not refund the shipping as that money is already spent.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and follow the shipping instructions below.
To return your product, Please include a note inside the box with your name, email, order number, and a description of the problem or reason for the return.
